I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Schwinn Certified Spin Instructor, Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Registered Nutrition Coach based out of Vancouver, Canada. I am also an Online Health and Wellness Coach, Recipe Developer, Self Empowerment Advocate, Motivator and Blogger - just to name a few!
I was raised completely vegetarian in a holistic and health conscious household so I guess you could say that my passion for wellness is in my genes. I have struggled for the bulk of my life with poor digestion, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and hormonal imbalances and I can personally attest to the power of proper nutrition to heal the body. I decided to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry when I realized that I could actually heal myself and others through proper nutrition, supplements, exercise and a healthy lifestyle change.
I have realized over the years that when I am exercising, nourishing and treating my body properly I feel the most empowered and I want to share that with as many people as possible.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer, I help my clients through food, fitness and overall lifestyle changes to get them to a place where they are thriving both mentally and physically!

I created Holistically Wholesome to educate others on how to heal themselves and better their lives through nutrient dense whole foods and exercise. In today's society there is such a disconnect between us and our food, most of us are unaware of exactly where our food comes from and what it really does for our bodies and I want to change that.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LIVE A HOLISTICALLY WHOLESOME LIFE?
To me living a holistically wholesome life means living the way that is best for you and your lifestyle, a way that simply makes you feel empowered, healthy and whole. It means eating clean (most of the time), exercising daily, practicing self love, being able to move freely without pain, living a life free of restriction and ultimately living as holistically as possible.

I basically make my grocery lists fool proof - they contain tons of options for every macronutrient, micronutrient and food group as well as everything you need to create any of my recipes and once you have a base of what you enjoy it will be like second nature to you, I promise.
Almost all of my recipes can be made in 45 minutes or less, are easy to follow and the ingredients are interchangeable so you can always be sure you're going to love the end result.
